Some more feedback on details:
When I am using the automatic generated TOC in the pages, it gets bullet list points. That is not a good idea. It should be switched off on default, even if someone wants to set a 'default' bullet' in the parameters.
It worked fine until I deliberately set the bulletpoints to something.
In the same area, it would be nice to be able to shape the TOC a bit more in the template settings. When using bootstrap there is no easy way to add some margin on the left.
(and yes I know how to override this all but just getting it in the standard input would be nice)
