Aligned modules below centerbottom position?

Is it possible to add aligned modules or rows below the center bottom position? Or, alternatively, to split up the center bottom position into at least two rows?

As you can see at this link: www.oscepa.org/election-observation/election-statements/albania , the two categories are below each other and I would really like to be able to have them sitting next to each other.

From what I can see, the aligned modules or the rows would fix that, but I can't add it to Main.

I've tried adding aligned modules and rows below Main, but then they don't align around the Position 7 module on the right hand side, but sit beneath it, which doesn't solve my problem.

yes you should be able to add a bloc of aligned modules in the "centerbottom" or "mainbottom" blocks

I'm attaching a pdf that might explain it better. Otherwise, I've set up the template with the only solution I can make work, which is placing the Aligned Modules below the Main section, not inside it. As you can see here www.oscepa.org/election-observation/election-statements/albania that doesn't really work. :)

Oh, and I can't add an aligned modules block to the bottom center block. I've tried everything I could think of.

is this is a template that you have started before having the 3.4 of template creator ?
Could you make a test with a new template and try to add the aligned modules in the maintop or centertop block ?
