After the upgrade the Row block doesn't work

Hi.
I wanted to renew one of my sites, so I upgrade to Template Creator 3.4.1. The old version is supposed to be 3.3.x (I don't remember).
Everything works fine, but two things:

• the Row block, which cannot be dropped into the structure
• the vertical alignment of new block

In the interface, the Row block is completely empty: see the attached image.
This is why it can not be dropped?

So, how can I use the features of the new version of Template Creator CK?

I don't see any image.
The row block is a new block, yes it is empty because you must add any other block into it. it allows you to create custom rows.

You should be able to drop a row into a container, then drop any block into the row

I try to send again the screenshot.
When I say that the block is empty, I intend in the back-end. It should be subdiveded into four o five parts (I don't remember).
