Request(s) regarding background images

2 requests in one for this one...

1. Multiple background images (page and wrappers only - not for individual modules), each one with its own position choices as well as fixed, scroll and repeat options.


2. The ability to use a video for backgrounds - again page and wrappers only. Not necessary for modules (although Block may be nice in this instance).
If incorporated, would need the ability to add 3 types of video: mp4, ogg and webm. Also needs to add a 'poster' for non-valid browsers, or for non-autoplay videos.
