Right floating menu

I want to have a (extra) right floating menu. When I set custom css of the block to "float: right;" then I get a right floating menu. But in the Template CK editor the block with the menu disappears behind other blocks, so I cannot see it anymore.
If I set the custom css of module in this block to "float: right;" then in the Template CK editor the menu floats right, but when I go to the real webpage it still floats left.

What to do?

you must add this type of css in the custom css in "parameters", on the top right tab.
And write things like this
where "block" is your block name
