Bannerlogo Issues and Bugs?

Ok, in first of all I mean the Module called Bannerlogo (i think is a standard module solution for logo management) that you used in your Free Template "Theme14":

1 - Editing Bannerlogo CSS -> Logo tab -> Selecting Logo -> Open a window
where I can Insert and set my logo. I click save and all is good. If I try to edit it re-opening the window: there are no settings inside, all fields are empty!
So I have to re-start and re-input all fields to change something.
How to have my saved data shown when I'm editing ?

2 - I noted that some of the fields I can find here:
Editing Bannerlogo CSS -> Logo tab -> Selecting Logo -> Open a window
Are availabe and I can also edit here:
Template Manager -> Select template -> click Edit -> Options...
One of the field is "Logo link". If I input here "domain.com" and save it, when I go to my domain.com and click on the logo try to bring me to domain.com/domain.com that logically doesn't exist!

3 - Editing Bannerlogo CSS -> Logo tab
I know there is the "personalized CSS" field/tab, but I think that at least the fields/tabs "Border" and "Shadow" are needed and you added in the Description Logo tab

In past I understood this forum is the righ place where to post experiences and what can be a bug,

template creator is a software that has a "without support" and "with support" plan :

Is that the problem?
Well, that problem can be solved quickly.
I thought this was a public forum and in special I want ask you:
What is for you support, What do you mean with "support" ?

Because in this topic I posted:

- what for me can be a "bug", where, an explanation is needed (may be I'm missing something) and if is a bug I think that I'm supporting TCCK and not vice versa
Where a software before to be be "without support" have to be "without bugs"

- a suggestion for development for YOUR software, in your interesting, and where other users, thinking in a community, can post opinions on my suggestment.

However, Sorry and as I wrote this kind of problem can be solved quickly
