what is the expert mode ?

I try fo find what it means and what it does if enabled
Can someone (ced?) explain ?

the expert mode enables more options, for example :
- module styles (in a column you can have the styles for the whole column (default) and you can also style the modules individually)
- menu styles (only enabled by defaut if you use a menu block)

the default options are made to cover 95% of the needs, and to avoid the standard user to be lost with too much options
