Template creator CK (V - 5.0.2) >> Edit Menu >> container SUBLEVEL :
The menu items go under the H1 element of the page created in Page builder CK, you can't see them, they should be above it. .
In general, it is under all the elements of the page created in PBCK . I don't think that's how it should work .

Exactly so, I removed the shadow and the problem is gone . Applying a drop shadow works after adding the css code.the problem is probably related to the shadow on the block2
