Option to disable Parallax for IE and Edge

to be honest, it isnt a problem with Template Creator.
Its a known issue with both IE and Edge (just google 'parallax Internet explorer' or Parallax 'microsoft edge')
That was why I was asking for an option to disable parallax for both IE and Edge and simply obey the image parameters in the module/wrapper settings if these browsers were detected.

I think the code actually is causing an issue in chrome and firefox/pale moon browsers too

this is not a surprise
after testing more and more, there is no really solution. This is a bug from IE which totally breaks the behavior. I have tried many things like css animations but every time you scroll, it has a problem to get the correct image position and have a lag

So I will check for a IE switch off option
