2nd logo will not disappear

I was experimenting with 2 different headers - one for wider screens, and one for narrower. I added a 2nd logo and gave the wrapper a solid black background. There was a logo and a module position in this wrapper. I set it not to show either in desktop and latop.

However, the 2nd logo, and, therefore, the black BG, still show on desktop. The module, which has a phone number image in it, does not. It shows correctly on mobile.

I don't see any setting to hide the "logo1", in desktop nor mobile

Here's a SS of my admin which shows logo1 and phone-m are both set hidden on laptop and desktop.
