Template Creator CK - language questions
I found something.
Template Creator CK - language files
en-GB.com_templateck.ini - admin - de-DE
CK_PAGECUSTOMCSS_DESC
...a path is written there:
'components/com_templateck/projects/VOTRE_TEMPLATE/css/custom.css'
I changed de-DE into:
'templates/IHR_TEMPLATE/css/custom.css'.
like in
CK_PAGECUSTOMCSS_DESC2 (it's a different one than the above, mind the "2")
Am I right?
In addition and important.
After the change from transifex to your new translation system.
I had a lot of things to correct,
German translations were transferred out of order in the rows!
NOT all, but several!
But I only remember the big file of TC: en-GB.com_templateck.ini
I think it makes sense to check your French files to see if everything is correct!
If the problem exists, you will see it quickly!
Today I checked TC language files a 3rd time, looks perfect!
In TC it looks like it should look like this!
(the same can I say for PBCK)

Posted 3 months 1 week ago #70813thank you for your feedback
I don't have any problem in the French language as I write it myself
can you please send me a screenshot of the problem ?
for the CK_PAGECUSTOMCSS_DESC2 string, this is an update of CK_PAGECUSTOMCSS_DESC which is no more used.

Posted 3 months 1 week ago #70831I found a original German language zip file, dated 19.06.2023, it's attached,
in there you can see it. I didn't think anything about it at the time and simply corrected it, but I have not forgotten.
I just remembered that I can look in another language file myself, e.g. da-DK. I did.
Looks good!
! I have checked 2 other files, it-IT and ru-RU,
here is something interesting!
In Italian, the keys are still preceded by a semicolon, e.g:
;CK_ICON_SIZE_X1-3="+33%""
;CK_ICON_SIZE_X2="x 2""
In Russian language file the semicolon is gone and the content is broken, e.g:
CK_ICON_SIZE_X1-3="x 2"
CK_ICON_SIZE_X2="x 3"
So what happens when someone opens the Italian file, fills in the empty fields and saves it for the first time?
Where has the "+33%" gone?
as example I copied 2 contiguous blocks,
de-DE.com_templateck.ini (from zip file)
line 759 to 772:
line 788 to 794, same file
a Bug

Posted 3 months 1 week ago #70834- the lines starting with ; are the lines commented. This means that they do not have any translation available. By default Joomla will use the english version
- I have fixed the issue that causes to break everything due to additional quotes
please check and tell me

Posted 3 months 1 week ago #70837difficult to check,
one would have to test it on an untouched language.
This slippage only happened once, when starting to use the new system. Since then I have had no problems.
If you want, give me access to a language that doesn't have a translator yet.
I would test it, and of course delete my changes again...
If you say it works without testing, I believe you
but a test would also not hurt anyone
