TOC move my sidebar

TOC move my sidebar was created by frugoli7
In the articles i insert {toc} the table is correctly created, but my sidebar move down under the main cointainer.
How can i solve this?

ok I think that this is related to the <strong> tag that is into your titles
I will need to reproduce the issue and see if I got the same problem by my side
