ScrollTo doesn't work in menu

Hello,
I use the plugin in my site and the scroll to top button works fine but in menu with Link CSS style scrollTo it doesn't work. By clicking on the link the anchor jumps down the site without smooth scroll. Do you have any idea why?
for example: www.praxis-zaehne.de/impressum/demo-page
Only the vertical menu items are for testing on this site and should show the effect, the vertical menu items are the active old which should be replaced when everything works fine.

which menu module are you using ?
the html code is not correct : the scrollTo css class is there but applied on the <li> instead of the <a>
try with a joomla menu module and tell me

I use the RokNavMenu but I also tried the joomla navigation module because I had the same idea - didn't work either. Any other idea?

I turned it on again. Now you can see three navigation modules in header. The third one with orange links is the joomla navigation module
