Errors when updating from 2.13.6 to 2.18.10 Styles are no longer displayed

Error when updating pagebuilder CK from 2.13.6 to 2.18.10 (happens when updating to 2.16.4) Styles such as background images, background colors, frames, etc. are no longer displayed in the frontend.
Only the text is displayed in the corresponding colors and sizes.
Even when I write a new post, the styles are no longer displayed in the frontend.Only the Text.

What's wrong?

I only see an image in the homepage
please give me some details, can I see the problem on a specific page ?

On all pages except HOME.
For example impressum. In the Beitrag (backend) you can see that the texts have a background (75% white) and a dark red border. After the update, only the text is available in the frontend. Outline and background are not displayed.
