PageBuilder V 2.18.3 Nested Tabs addon/options

I have just installed version 2.18.3
One of new features is nested tabs for vertical and horizontal tabs.
I can't see this addon or an option to use nested? See screen shot of addons attached
Any ideas where I can find this feature?

Hi
in the tab content you have now 2 empy areas. You can hover them with the mouse and you shall have a "+" to add an addon, or drag and drop an addon here

Maybe I am being really stupid! But I don't see anything when I hover over the tab content.
I have attached screen shot with red boxes over the tab content. Is this the area you mean?
Apologies if I am being stupid.

Hi Cedric,
I have installed version 2.18.4.
I cleared all cache and added a new Horizontal Tab addon to a page.
However, I still do not see any + sign when I hover over content (see screen shot of areas I hover over)

the "+" that appears on mouseover, and the area with dashed border in normal state. These are the 2 areas where you can add some addons. Not in the text editor
