PBCK images gallery from folder

[Pro] [Gallery] Add option to load the images from a folder

How it should work properly ? These settings do not show the photos on the front of the page. The photos are visible in the code of the page, but not visible on the site front

this is because you are working in a subfolder of your domain
what is the folder path that you have added in the field ?

That's right it is a subdomain. When I use Media Box CK ( gallery from folder ) And it was on the subdomains with the same settings, the same path to the photos folder.works correctly
but when I try to do it from the root domain, this message stops the entire website :

where comes this error ? from the gallery addon of PBCK ?
