Hi,

I´ve saved the page so that I can find it in components->pagebuilder->pages, checked the box and clicked export. I get an export-dialog, but clicking on the Download-button nothing will happen ...?..!



Admin-Tools is running, could that be a problem for export? Should I give you access to the backend?

yes admintools can block that
try to disable it to make a test to see if this is the problem

else you can get your files in
administrator\components\com_pagebuilderck\backup >> export_ID.pbck

There isn´t a folder "backup" in that directory.
Rightclick on Button "Download" and "Save target as ..." helped.
I´ve sent the file via mail to you.

it seems that the file is not saved at all on your website when doing the export ... the file that you sent me has something like that "IONOSParkingDE" >> this could be in relation with your host provider, please ask them

I've been trying for hours now...unfortunately the download doesn't work on this website. Is there another way to investigate the problem with the additional checkbox?
