Can the checkbox be stylized( align left, right)

you can style what you want using your own css skills
for the error, please check that you are using the latest version of PBCK, then if needed create the form again
also check in the plugins >> pagbuilderck >> "contact2" shall be enabled, and "contact" shall be disable (ou still have it, this is an old version)
