If I'm editing a text element which is edited via the full editor (in my case JCE), if I click the HTML toggle (displaying the HTML), and then close the edit of this element, it will not apply any change that I've made since toggling the HTML mode!
Example:
I have the text "first" in WYSIWYG mode, and then click to toggle to HTML mode: "<p>first</p>", and edit it to "<p>last</p>", if I click the close or apply buttons on the left column, it will replace the content to the "first"!
Also, shouldn't the "X" button on the left column cancel the edit? I mean, at the moment, if I edit the content and click the "X" it will use the content that I had. I used to click the "√" and then the "X", but I found out that it is not needed...

in JCE there are 3 tabs "Editor / Code / Preview"
when switching to Code and come back to Editor, the changes are updated by my side
once the text in the editor is ok, then it will be saved by Page Builder CK
the problem of switching between the JCE tabs, is part of JCE, and there is no control on that into Page Builder CK

I have no problem with the content updating when switching tabs in JCE or even the HTML toggle that JCE provides (the one on the top left of the content).
The problem is when I DON'T switch it from the HTML!
If I close or apply (in the CK's buttons), it will ignore the current content on the editor, it only cares if it is in the WYSIWYG editor.

I'm using these versions: Joomla 3.9.25 and Page Builder CK 2.9.10 LIGHT.
I'm using Google Chrome Version 88.0.4324.192 (Official Build) (x86_64) Macintosh.
JCE is the free version 2.9.3.
I've just tried with Firefox 86.0 (64-bit) Macintosh, and I have the same issue.
