Feature Request: File / Download Plugin

Hi!

I had this in mind a couple of times: I really like PageBuilder and use it for a lot of sites.
There's only one thing missing: A file download plugin. Often customers want to share a pdf... It shouldn't be rocket science to have a block where the user uploads a file and then the file link is displayed as download-link.

Maybe some options for a file icon or file size would be fine but a really simple uploader would also do.

1/ have you checked if this is possible with JCE ? if you want to put a link to that file in a text editor area, this could be a solution
2/ Page Builder Ck has already the media manager for image selection where you can upload images, there is only one step behind to upload a pdf or anything else

Yes I know the JCE file manager, yet I don't use JCE with PageBuilder because JCE lacks all the editor buttons when it is used in any other component (which JCE is not willing to solve). I managed to install an open source filemanager for tinymce, yet this is a core hack and vanishes after every joomla update. A page builder element would be just fine!

So I would say it could work like the image uploader:
1. You drag the "file" element into a column
2. You get a box with "drag your file here" (Maybe it could show a placeholder file like loremipsum.pdf)
3. You drag the file from your computer and it creates a box with download-link (I attached you a file how it could look like)...
4. In the edit mode of the element you could have additional options like target, show file size or file icon. It would also be good if FILES would be in a separate folder like images/pagebuilderck/files
