Cache cleaned.
The situation has improved, but it is not perfect.
Now, the values don't vanish after after editing any field. But the fields themselves still are not correct.
After an editing of any field, the List fields show their value duplicated, as you can see in the image Backend_wrong.
The Backend_right image shows the correct fields.
In the frontend, when fields are duplicated they are not selectable and their appearance is strange: see image Frontend_wrong.
The Frontend_right image shows the correct fields in the frontend.
I hope this explanation can help you to get the point.

Hi
sorry for the long delay ...
I have just checked what you explained but I'm not able to reproduce this issue. I have addeda list field, saved the page, edited another field, the list field again, many times and no problem at all
the list field is unique in the backend and in front
Can you please confirm if you still have this problem ?

I do confirm, Cédric.
In my template I set Load Bootstrap = No.But even with this option witched to Yes, nothing changes.
A note about your test: if you modify another field and then edit the list field again, the list field has been "renewed" and it works fine.
Please, try this:

Please, try this:
- configure the module with a list field
- save the module: it works
- edit the module, modifying the button label and nothing else
- save the module: the list field does not work
- edit the module, simply opening the list field
- confirm the list field
- save the module: it works.
