Deleting all the content while saving if 'some

Using PageBuilder CK to create a new page in Joomla (written in Italian language) I have noticed that if I write any of the following words (and its related comma), when I save the page the whole content is deleted (and the page is saved EMPTY):
'unione
'origine
'ordine
'oro
'ora
(and maybe more not yet discovered)

NOTE: the comma (') must be present in order to create the problem.
How to solve this problem? Thank you!

- does it happen in admin or front ? or both
- in a page, article, module ?
- where do you write this ? in a text editor block, tabs, somewhere else ?

(just tested by my side in a text editor in admin, no problem)

I have attached a series of screenshots of the operations that cause the deletion of the content of the page:

1. I open an existing page made by Page Builder CK
2. I edit an article
3. I add the initial phrase "L'ordine"
4. I apply and save and close
5. I press SAVE
6. The entire content is deleted, both in the back-end and in the front-end
7. The entire page is deleted also in the front-end

I have tested exactly the same and I don't have this problem by my side
can you test on another server to see if you get the same ? I don't know if this is a server issue, or may be a conflict with another extension

The website is hosted by SiteGround (so that I can work on it directly from any computer, without uploading anything).

So I have no possibility to test on another server (I do not even have enough knowledge to upload the files to the server after having created them, so I can only work directly on them, as SiteGround gives that chance).

I will try to deactivate other extensions to see if that problem continues and I let you know.
