Accordion and Horizontal tabs don't work

Hi, at Joomla 3.8 fresh installation can't use Accordion and Horizontal tabs. I tried to reinstall Joomla and still have same problem, when I add Accordion or Horizontal tabs I can't save page after that. I can edit object but when I press button 'Validate' I get message 'Error saving one of the editors'.
Please help to fix problem?
