Pagebuilder syntax error (cant use pgbuilder)

Jommla automatically closed my session because of time limit i set.
After i relog i get message

An error has occurred.

0 Error decoding JSON data: Syntax error

Return to Control Panel

I've clined joomla cache and expired cache.
Then restart the browser and clean its cache to.

There is no effect.

When i try to work with pbuilder i get this over and over

Please try to deactivate your additional system and content plugins and check if you still have the error

Ok i just trashed the module create new one all work like charm.

Ok this is practically a clean joomla installation.
There are 3 plugins and one skin / template

The only thing I have created on the site is 10 accordion menus with titles

I set this site 30 to 40 times over and over again from scratch.
It goes down different stages of development ones it was almost finished.

Every time I just set up more than 5 pagebuilder elements on one page and it all goes to hell.

Deadlines chasing me and im in the middle of nowhere

By my side I'm not able to reproduce this problem but you are the 2nd person to report this.

Please tell me if this happens in a page, or only a module
If in a page, you can then export it and give me the exported file so that I can check
