OK now what i see when inspecting the source when the page loads is this:
the <img src> is: <img src="/implementation/karellis-group.com/images/citroen/home_slides/50offer-600x342.jpg" data-src="images/citroen/home_slides/50offer-600x342.jpg" height="" width="">
if the src parameter had the same as the data-src would that fix the problem ??
Because when i change that the image is shown.

to explain :
on local your website is located into a subfolder of your root local "domain"
localhost/implementation/karellis-group.com
example for images: localhost/implementation/karellis-group.com/images
so the uri root is that.
Once you put it online you are changing this by putting it directly under a new domain, and then the uriroot becomes
domain
example for images: domain/images
in page builder I have fixed this by removing the uriroot on save. Now the problem is that I can not access your local website, so I'm trying to reproduce the issue by putting your website on the same structure as on local
Is is clear ?
Else you can check yourself on local :
1/ clear your browser cache first
2/ edit your article and right click >> see source code
3/ search and see if you got this code
if no, you have a problem with the page builder version
if yes,
4/ save your article
5/ go in your database with phpmyadmin and search for this article in the "content" table.
the introtext of your article shall contain the whole article code. Then paste the code here on the forum into a "quote" tag
