Mobile Plug in styling

Hello sir, can you help me please? Long standing user of your maximenu module - excellent! I seem to have lost the ability to style my own mobile menu through plug in? The custom Mobiel Theme does not work whereas the others default, icon and prototype appear to be okay. Please can you advise, the site is www.calnexsol.com . Thank you.

Thanks a million for getting back to me. I attach a screenshot of what occurs on my Galaxy S8. It appears the settings on the mobile plugin are not kicking through? If I change any fields at all I see no difference.

this is may be a cache issue try to clear the joomla and the cache in the browser of your device

I liked your last idea but despite clearing all caches and even rebooting server, no joy. The custom settings are just not getting through as per last image sent. One additional clue perhaps - I tried it on Samsung tablet and can see the green menu. But, when I change themes, it too appears stuck (on green one). Any other ideas would be greatly received. Thank you. P.S. Have reinstalled plugin also.

it works for me:
when checking, I saw that you updated the design for the image background (a mountain view, pink color)
>> on mobile no change, still the black menu
>> in the settings of my phone >> bowser >> clear cache
>> then it shows the correct menu
