new and issue

Hello, i am a new user to this forum. i read some other posts on mobile menu ck issues but it did not help to solve my issue
i am using joomla and i set up free version of mobile menu ck from the joomla extension menu. Then i activated it in the menu extension - plug ins and then i can see it is on yes position in the option of each menu but when i go on my mobile phone or reduce size of the window, i have nothing....any help would be very much appreciated.
i am french and can write french or english langage.

the free version of Mobile Menu CK integrates natively with the joomla menu module. Go in the menu module , edit it and you will see the mobile options

In your case it seems that you are not using the joomla menu module, but a menu created by your XTC template ... nothing stantard here.
What you can do :
1/ replace the template menu with a joomla menu module
or
2/ add the php script to create a custom mobile menu (see doc of mobile menu ck)
or
3/ use the pro version of mobile menu ck that allows you to create the custom menu from the component interface

yes you are right , i use JoomlaXTC Elite Template. It's actually first time i try to build a website and i started with former website that i've modified to improve it. i do not even know how to replace the joomla menu module as i only see three template when i go to extension --> template but nothing name Joomla but beez3, prototstar and Elite...
should it be easier for me if i go to the pro version of mobile menu CK?

yes with the pro version I can guide you through the steps to create a custom menu for your website.
This is the problem when using template frameworks like XTC, some native features are not respected ...
