Menu Mobile conflicts with fixed wrapper in TC CK

I was so focused on the main menu that I forgot the presence of another module in position-1. This module name is SRP - Barra delle utilità. It is a Page Builder CK module and contains three other modules (one Maximenu CK module, one VirtueMart Search module and the GTranslate module for switching the language).
Can this module (the upper one) be the guilty?
