How to import mmck files

I can export .mmck files, but am unable to import them. When I click the [install] button nothing happens.
Please advise.

you are posting in the Menu Manager CK section of the forum, but it does not have any export feature
please tell me which extension you are using and give me a download link to the mmck file so that I can test it

This concerns Maximenu CK.
As you can see from the image, I can get to this point but nothing occurs when I click on the install button.
