CSS sometimes is not loaded

I have the problem that the CSS classes are sometimes not loaded.
The images are then displayed without animation.
Only when reload the page, it appears to me.

Does it not with a lightbox linking?

try to reorder the plugins in your manager, so that the image effect is loaded after the JCE mediabox

else it works with my plugin Mediabox CK

the fact is that the JCE mediabox adds some html code around the image and then kills the css effect
