responsive mobile view

Why are the buttons in the phone view:

cookiesck-accept
cookiesck-decline
cookiesck_readmore

Don't they show up one above the other?
When they are on one line, the whole thing does not fit on the screen. With a large amount of text in the "cookiesck-platform-desc" field

How to easily arrange contents the "phone view " one under the other like this:

1. cookiesck-platform-name
2. cookiesck-platform-desc
3. cookiesck-accept
4. cookiesck-decline
