Here is the text file: "By visiting our website you agree that we are using cookies to ensure you to get the best experience." Can a translation into another language be added here Should this way work?

As I wrote, I read this documentation, but I wanted to do this translation without "Override", adding the entire file "plg_system_cookiesck.ini" translated into the administrator - language folder and the language selected here. But I see it doesn't work that way. ok. Override language remains

as written in the doc :
Then you can create your own language in the path

[root]/administrator/language

if you create an override for that language, it will be used
if you have no language override, your file will be used

take care that it is administrator/language, and not the plugin folder

How many places do you have to translate it. There should probably be one

I do everything correctly, yet I don't see a translation into another language
When I add a new translated file(plg_system_cookiesck.ini) with Polish translation(Language PL) to a folder:
root / administrator / language / pl-PL / en-pl.plg_system_cookiesck.ini

CookiCK, disappears from the site stops working
