Tooltip GC Mouseover in Chrome problem

Hello,
on ls.b-sticks.cz/cz I used plugin "Tooltip GC" at flags on the left side. Everything works as it should, only in Google Chrome tooltip don't pops up when you move the mouse over, but after clicking and also disappear after clicking. Can this somehow fix it?

try to find if you have something else using Mobile_Detect, for example any plugin or module that is use for mobile or a responsive behavior. Try to unpublish and see if it works for the tooltip

Thank you very much for your response. You're right. When I disable plugin "Maximenu CK mobile" so it starts working. But it is probably not good, because the plugin you have wrote those and I think it should be along these plugins to be able to coexist.

yes, but this is probably because you don't have the latest version of the maximenu mobile plugin
as I have fixed this issue in this plugin too
