a lot of blank space is added to the site,
so that there is a lot to scroll down
and on hover, tooltips get cut off on the right side
in case of smaller browser-width

tested your text, it works
now yes if you have a small screen you may be not see the whole tooltip, you have to scroll.This is not really a problem as on small screens you are on touch devices and then the tooltip close only when you touch it again. You have then the ability to read it
