Tooltip GC not working for me.

This is a great plugin from what I can see, we are currently running Joomla 2.5.0 and we have successfully installed the plug in and have activated it. Once we copied the following code into an Article, {tooltip}Text to hover{end-texte}Special Value{end-tooltip}, the hover effect doesn't engage. We're attaching a screenshot of what's happening, please advise on what we need to do to solve this or if there's a CSS conflict. Thanks!

it returns a 403 error

I am experiencing the same problem. It won't show the tooltip. I am trying to make it work on an no-ip.org address at the moment. Could that be the issue?
