Youtube vid not displaying in lightbox

Hi Folks,
I've just purchased the pro version of Mediabox CK and can't work out how to get a Youtube vid to display in my Joomla site (3x) in your lightbox. The link works but just opens in the main Youtube web site.

Thanks for the reply CEd, at this time the site is only local, still doing development. If I could get detailed instructions I could work it out myself. I followed the documentation but I'm not sure I'm setting things up correctly.

You will see on the home page the word "responsive" the link at the moment is going to the YouTube site instead of a lightbox. The example you have on your site for YouTube is exactly what I'm trying to achieve.
