menu lost all settings? was created by dothanby

joomla 3.3.6
8.0.14 version menu & 4.0.5
php 5.24
site dunbarton.com
site menu has lost all format??? any idea?
Was horizional now vertical but nothing in settings indicate vertical?

Please try to reinstall the module.
Then check if you have a rewriting tool in your website, because it seems that something redirects some urls to the bad page

also try to disable Admintools to see if this is the issue

disabled admin tools .htaccess looks correct no redirects and reinstalled same issue, also cache is off
