Unable to Vertically Align Menu Items and Modules

Hi,

I'm successfully loading two different modules into Maximenu, but am not able to vertically align/center, either the menu or the modules, relative to one another.

At one point I thought I had it vertically aligned, by adjusting the padding and/or margins. But, once I cleared Joomla's cache and browsers cache for other testing, I found that the menu items were not vertically aligned as I thought -not sure what was going on there.

I've read through the forum and found several similar issues, but no clear solution. Am I missing something easy in the padding/margins, that I've worked with for hours?

Anyway, I would appreciate some guidance. Screen shot attached.

Best regards,
Brian

HI
Just please give me some details. Do you apply the padding, and it works sometime ?
First if you have a cache enabled you must disable it to work.
Do that and tell me

I can add padding to top/bottom and the product functions as intended. The issue is that after loading the modules the menu items position is vertically misaligned, so adding padding only adjusts the whole container, not the individual items. Does that make sense?

When I turn off the modules, the menu items are vertically centered in the menu bar - everything looks good. Turn them on, and it looses its vertical alignment.

So, I guess I'm left with, how do we vertically align the loaded modules within the menu container, so that they line up with the menu items?

As for cache, I have disabled the Modules own Advanced / Cache to No Cache.

To clarify, when you say

if you have a cache enabled you must disable it to work.

, you're suggesting to disable the Modules own cache, and not Joomla, correct?

Happy to give you site access in a private message if needed.

Best regards,
Brian
