Maximenu CK Mobile options not visible in Maximenu

I have just purchased and installed the Maximenu CK Mobile. It is enabled and I can view and change the plugin parameters. However, no mobile options are visible in the Maximenu module as detailed on your website. I have advanced module manager installed but disabling that makes no difference.

Maximenu CK 7.1.3
System - Maximenu CK Mobile V1.1.10
System - Maximenu_CK params V3.0.7
Joomla V3.2.3

this seems not related to maximenu ...
