Problem with hover links

Hello from me,
As you can see in the following link i have set correctly your module with the VM Plugin but i have a little bit problem with the hover links in the submenus.

I want to change the color but i can't find out where it is and always it appears these grey color in hover.

Also i have another issue, i forgot to tell you before....
It's about mootools, when i have mootools enable in module, i am using the menu and not working ok.When the submenu is opening, it working ok but when i move my pointer out of the selected menu, the menu comes back as usual but it stops 2-3 points before hiding under the main menu...do you understand?
I also attach a file for you to check it.
