Mobile theme package 1-3 Not working

I have installed the Mobile Theme Pack 1-3. They show up in the maximenu module mobile options drop down but when select the menu does not appear on the front end of the website. Both of the original themes work fine.

Please backup your website and upgrade the plugin maximenu mobile to the latest version, then tell me if it works

I'm on version 1.0.9 Will the themes not work with this version?
My subscription has run out for the upgrade.

meny things have changed in the 1.1.x version, and I think this is the problem that you have

I have update to the latest version of the plugin and it work fine now. Except theme 1 is always present at the top of the screen at all resolutions.
