Login module appearing non as submenu in IE9 was created by palandre
Hi guys,
first of all, thank you very much for you marvellous module!
I added a login module as a submenu: it works perfectly on alla browsers but IE9: in the latter browser, the submenu appears in the main page at the right side of the menu.
I've tried:
- fix all javascript errors
- disable motools effect
- change loading type from "domready" to "load"
But all of these unseccessfully
I've searched in the forum and actually I found something similar, but not exactly what fits to my issue.
Could you please have a look at www.2ginformaticalab.it/fbarreda/
The login module should be a submenu of "Area riservata".
Please tell me if you need also administrator accces.
Data:
Joomla 2.5
Template: atomic
Thank you very much for your help!

Hi CEd!
Thank you for your reply!
Unfortunately both trials are unsussessful. Even with beez_20 and another module (HTML Custom) I still have the same problem in IE9.
Now I keep the HTML Custom instead of the login module in case you were so kind to have a look again to my site.
Have a nice day!
Andrea

Hi Cédric,
I can see version 6.1.24, which actually seems the latest one.
Thanks again for your kind support!

please make a test so that I can try to reproduce the issue by my side :
1/ create a new menu in joomla called "test"
2/ create 2 items
- test 1 (article link type)
-- test 11 (which is a child of test1) (separator link type)
3/ on test11 load the module "login" (with the plugin params or the code [moidi=XX] if you don't have the plugin)
4/ in maximenu options select the menu "test" to show and tell me if you have the same issue on IE9
