Colums and new line (help please)

Hello, please could you take a look at the picture, and tell me if (and how) this is possible:

I have tried with new column, return to line, and all sorts of combinations. but it doesn't work.
I have the plugin, and the docu. Could you please help me?

it should go under if you set the option "return to the line" to YES on the TEST3 where you have defined the new colum, (the column must be enabled too)

Hi, I have set the "return to the line" to YES, but is goes under the "Submenu 0".

You have set this :
TEST1 TEST2 TEST3 TEST4

And you want
TEST1 TEST2
Image TEST3
Image TEST4

so only create 2 columns on TEST1 + 2 then add test3+4 just after TEST2 without creating any column because they are already in the column TEST2
