Not working in ie9 and still many w3c errors

I installed the latest Version for Joomla 1.5. I am using the gregos Template.

There are still the problems.

Fixing this bug, would be very important for me. I am concerned about my SEO.

Meanwhile I fixed the lines you mentioned in your replay.
No changes concerning the validator. But I think this can not
be the reason for the problems ie9.

Here is the Screensht. The attachement did not work.

you still have the h2 issue (may be you don't have done correctly what I told you). There are 2 problems, one with the h2 tags, the other with some UL - LI structure.
The 1.5 version becomes quite old, so it also becomes difficult to solve such issue
