Vertical menu problems

I am new to Joomla, I installed Maxi Menu CK, horizontal menu, everything is ok but when the vertical menu will put something of a problem, does not work on mouse over highlighting, very dark color of the text, color sub-2 is black and no text does not fit: (I use a paid theme brown for which I would not have switched to the same, please help

Hi, thanks for the quick response to my problem, I've downloaded the whole package again via a link in the email and swapped the entire directory on simple_brown but I did not notice any effect, nothing has changed, is there a possibility that the other colors also work in vertical mode
