Create column titles and direction of dropdown

Hello,

I have having a great time using this module - Thank you very much!

I have two questions:

1. I am sure its obvious but how do I create titles in the column as shown on this site?


2. At the moment the drop-down menu slides towards the right however my menu is right justified so the menu is floating out off the browser.

SOLUTION for #1:

I worked out that you add a menu item as a "Text Separator" and include the title. Quite obvious actually if I had only thought about it a little longer...

Thanks. I moved the menu over in the order so it would not move off page. If you check now and see the "Resources" menu on some monitors it goes off screen towards the right. Ideally that could go to the left.
