Maximenu breaks layout in ie9 & doesn't show all c

Hi,

maybe someone can help me:

I'm using J2.5+VM2 with the rt_afterburner templete from rockettheme..

So i've tried the Maximenu_CK with the Virtuemart patch an published my VM-Categories in it; but in Internetexplorer 9 the menu totally breaks the design of my site....the right colum is now under the left..

I've already tried to disable the CSS3 in the menu options, but nothing works...

with every other menu there's not such a problem...

The next Problem is, that only half of the categories are show in the Menu Style and the rest is shown as an "Link-List" (only ie9)


Maybe someone can give me an hint?

OK, the solution:

I've had an empty sub-categorie, wich has broken the layout and the correct displaying of the following categories.....but only in IE9

I have the same problem. J2.5, Maximenu v6.0.11. Any solution?
