Problems with RocketTheme and Gantry Framework was created by Quartermaster

We are trying to configure MaxiMenuCK in a RocketTheme Joomla 2.5 installation, and the menu is picking up the template CSS and none of the module/menu controls/params have any effect.

hi
there is no maximenu published in your page. RT templates have their own top menu hard coded.

My apologies,
My designer turned the plug-in off to debug.
It is back on. It seems that the menu is drawing the CSS of the module position it is installed in. Changing params does nothing. :-(

Is there any way to "comment out" where the module is pulling the template css from? Can we repoint the module/menu to a separate css file?

Somehow, things are working now. But I can't make my default menu look like your example page "demomaximenu1".

Is there specific CSS that I should use?

Is there instructions/documentation on creating your own themes?
