How can I fix the following problems with MaxMenu CK?

1.Why in the menu "\ Backslash and ' apostrophe " is not editable ? I tried but it comes out again?

2. Why does writing appear beneath the text menu?

3. How can the menu's background color be modified?

1. I need to check the backslash and apostrophe issues
2. are you using an effect ? (something rotating or moving texts ?) in some effects the text is duplicated to create the effect and depending on the margins it can cause some problems
3. everything can be edited in the styling interface

please give me the steps to reproduce the issue with the apostrophe, I have written "Mike's" and it works by my side
I don't have any backslash, and not editing issue

Thank you for addressing the issues.

Regarding the  backslash and apostrophe its still the same can't change it in maxmenu.

Whereas I am attaching the picture I am unable to change the colorcode and radius of the menu here's the picture still working on it in backend.
 

as said, the effect that you have choosen is specific and needs some custom adjustments
you can find all what you need in the custom css section
then you can edit the color and remove the line-height of 44px (see capture)

for the apostrophe issue, I can not reproduce it by my side

- the maximenu ck version (number + Pro / Light)
