Close the menù with tag <a href>

Hi,
I need to add the option that when I click out of the menu it is closed.
by override I added the <a href> tag but I don't know which command to give it to run the close command.
i have try with javascript:void(0) but doesn't work.
is there a solution?

I have made few tests by my side. The problem is that the current script is not designed to catch such commands
It could be done but it would need a hack of the JS script on your side. I can not implement this because it would break the compatibility with the existing modules, and this is not possible.

You can find the script in the assets folder of the module if you want to modify it.

after a couple of tests I saw that what I need is in the voice click to close (see image). so creates a close button. the problem is that when i open the menu works by hover and so I need this work with the click but with the close button.

if I understand you want a close button in the submenu, but the open with click also on the parent item (and not mouse over)

Exactly, what i want is : if I click on a parent it opens the menu, and in order to close it I need to click on the close button.

ok, and click again on the parent item when opened, does what ?
